No-Shows
Sessions missed without notice will not be refunded, except in cases of an emergency. You can contact us when possible after an emergency happens, and we'll consider each case individually.
Tutor Cancellations
In the event a tutor cancels a session without an emergency, you will receive a complimentary rescheduled session at no extra cost, or a full refund for that session.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review and work toward a fair resolution.
Process
Approved refunds are processed within 1–30 business days via the original payment method.
