Services
Veylum provides private tutoring sessions matched to individual student needs. Sessions are delivered in-person or remotely on a case-by-case basis. All tutors are independently contracted.
Booking & Payment
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment within the booking window. Rates are communicated at the time of matching and may vary by tutor, subject, and format.
Conduct
Both students and tutors are expected to engage respectfully. Veylum reserves the right to terminate services where conduct standards are not upheld, with no refunds provided.
Limitation of Liability
Veylum is not liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control. We provide high-quality tutoring support; ultimate results depend on student effort and ability. We are not liable if the student deliberately neglects all efforts to improve.
